Getting Started
1. Setup
Plug in the device and connect the handpiece to the control unit. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Power On
Press the power button. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current speed setting (default: 0 RPM).
Basic Operation
3. Select Speed
Use the speed dial or +/- buttons to adjust RPM (range: 0-35,000). Start at low speed for beginners.
4. Choose Direction
Toggle between forward and reverse rotation using the direction switch. Forward is standard for most applications.
5. Attach Bit
Twist the handpiece collar counterclockwise, insert the bit fully, then twist clockwise to lock. Test security before use.
Usage Tips
Recommended Speeds:
- Shaping natural nails: 5,000-10,000 RPM
- Gel/acrylic removal: 15,000-20,000 RPM
- Cuticle work: 8,000-12,000 RPM
- Buffing/polishing: 3,000-8,000 RPM
Safety:
- Always start at low speed and increase gradually
- Use light pressure—let the drill do the work
- Keep bits clean and replace when worn
- Never force the handpiece or bits
Maintenance
After Each Use:
Wipe down the handpiece with a disinfectant wipe. Clean or sterilize bits according to salon protocols. Store in a dry, cool place.
Troubleshooting:
- No power: Check outlet and connections
- Weak rotation: Reduce speed or check for debris in handpiece
- Unusual noise: Stop immediately and inspect bit installation
